Would you actually expect someone as a member of an appointed task force to say something not in line with the ideas of the leader of the task force. “In my career, my only training in the Constitution was how to get around it.” – (Sue Rahr, executive director of Washington’s training commission and a member of Obama’s task force). Wow and that task force was set up by Obama who has such a stellar record under his administration for following and complying with the laws based on public opinion from both conservatives and liberals …..right. Maybe that is what she took out of the training? Lets ignore the cheating scandal on exams (research it in 2013 under Sue Rahr, executive director of Washington’s training commission watch) for her agency that teaches and stresses integrity so highly as the article attempts to point out. Our criminal justice system in a way between the criminal element and law enforcement is a game both sides know the rules, both sides hire lawyers to advise them on the rules. Both sides try to use the rules to their advantage the criminal enterprise tries to move down the playing field toward more money and power (with their illegal activity), the law enforcement side tries to operate with in the rules (if they can’t operate in the rules to catch the criminal they should just say ok next time I will get you) and catch the criminal enterprise making mistakes or missing a rule that allows them to catch the illegal activity. If law enforcement can catch the criminal, through the courts and juries they can inflict punishment on the criminal enterprise that will bring a loss of power, freedom and money.
