For killer cops to be brought to justice is an arduous process in which first the crime must be egregious enough to rate national attention, then the prosecutor has to do his job and not be involved in a criminal conspiracy to cover up police killings and then the officer has to pick a jury trial- which they often don’t as they have a greater chance when a judge rules on their case as many judges are old white judges, many of whom were alive prior to Jimmy Crow laws and the civil rights movement and see nothing wrong with racist white cops murdering blacks. In this case a sociopathic pshyctoic violent murdering cop straddled the hood of a car of stopped surrendering suspects and emptied his pistol into them then kept reloading to riddle their bodies with bullets, preventing an open casket funeral for their families by mutilating their corpses with weapon fire after they angered him by trying to escape and the corrupt racist judge exonerates him. To get justice against killer cops is an uphill battle to the degree it shows that our legal system is institutionalized racism at its worse and the only way to get justice is to get rid of old white judges and to fire and vote out prosecutors who do not charge cops or who throw cases. Police reform is only the first step as the old boy cronyism in our legal system and courts has to be abolished to get justice. Judge John O’Donnell is unfit to hold office and has betrayed his oath of office and the people in his community he was sworn to serve all to allow a killer cop to stay out of prison and because he doesn’t care about the lives of minorities murdered by police. Until Judges like Judge John O’Donnell are removed from office there is not justice in America- only a sham pretense of Justice that the American people must fight and protest- no Justice no Peace.
